“We had an absolutely lovely stay at meadow lodge, it was everything we were looking for. remote and peaceful, a great place to relax or, as we did, do many great walks. Hot tub was a blessing after a 10 mile plus walk each day. Facilities in the lodge were great if you wanted to cater for yourself but there were good options a short drive away if you wanted to eat out and a good information pack giving you details of what was available locally. Bus service was good, we walked to melrose and got bus back to Lauder and also caught the bus into edinburgh. everything in the lodge was good quality and we were short of nothing, the binoculars were great to watch the deer in the fields opposite.
We will be going back as soon as we can.
